Warranty
  • Captain Print takes pride in ensuring the greatest quality of our products & services.
  • We offers a warranty of 3 days from date of collection or delivery.
  • To file a complaint on the received goods, simply contact our Customer Care Department at support@captainprint.com.sg within the warranty period.
  • We regret that any claim after the warranty period will not be entertained.
  • The warranty provided by us does not cover malicious, inappropriate treatment & mishandling of the goods delivered or collected by customer.
  • We offer refund or exchange to the unsatisfied order, and the compensation amount varies by cases, which shall be determined by our Customer Care Officer. 
  • Any delivery and/or artwork fee paid on the purchase is not refundable. 

Liability

Captain Print shall not be liable to the followings: 
  • Colour or Layout errors on the print-out from artwork that was NOT created using the industrial designing software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign with the correct settings for press. We strongly discourage any artwork created with Microsoft Office Software (PowerPoint / Words / Publisher etc) or Open Office Draw etc. 
  • Variance in colours within 10% tolerance.
  • Cutting off-set within ±1.5mm.
  • Any misplacement, blurred or low-res images, spelling or typo error on artwork provided or approved by the customer.
  • Any artwork or content fill up with overprint which resulted missing of content in the final product.
  • Damage to the products due to accident or weather.
  • Damage to the products caused by customer or anyone besides our employees and appointed service providers (eg: logistics partner).
  • Any damage or claim incurred to you or your business which caused by the defective products.

Refund Policy

All refunds offered by Captain Print on the defective product are subjected to the following terms & conditions:

  • Any delivery and/or artwork fee paid on the purchase is not refundable. 
  • The original order has to be returned in full, before we refund the order.
  • If more than 30% of the reported defective product has been used / consumed, the refund request will not be entertained.
  • The refund will take up to 5 working days to proceed, after receiving the original order in full. And it will be depending on the bank's process for the refunded amount to reflect on your account.
  • Refund will only be made to local bank account via bank transfer.

Exchange Policy

The exchange offered by Captain Print on the defective product is subjected to the following terms & conditions:

  • If more than 30% of the reported defective product has been used / consumed, the exchange request will not be entertained.
  • The quantity of goods produced for exchange will be the same as the amount of returned defective goods.
  • The printing replacement is subjects to standard production lead time.
  • The printing of the replacement goods will be as per the original order, no changes or add-on in any form is allowed. Any change of design, size or quantity will be treated as a chargeable new order.
